The Hot Springs
The party reached the hot springs. Stormbolt went into the water, where a large frog surfaced. He shot his breath weapon on them. Reppa drew her weapon. Froing tied up the horses. The frog grappled Stormbolt with its tongue. Ambiorix readied his crossbow.
Stormbolt swam up and bit the frog. Ambiorix noticed another frog beneath the surface. Reppa watched. Froing joined the others to watch. Both frogs bit Stormbolt. Piotr advanced to engage. Ambiorix shot and missed. Reppa cast Burining Gaze on the new frog. A new fighter appeared on the other side of the springs.
Stormbolt bit and clawed the first frog. Froing shot his bow, but missed. The fighter started around the springs. The frog pulled Stormbolt under the water. Both frogs bit him. Piotr stabbed the visible frog. Ambiorix shot the frog with his crossbow. Reppa advanced but could not find Stormbolt.
Stormbolt killed the frog. Froing moved into the water. The fighter continued around the spring. The remaining frog attacked Reppa but missed. Piotr stabbed the frog again. Ambiorix missed with his crossbow. Reppa swam up but missed the frog.
Stormbolt surfaced and moved toward the other frog. Froing watched. The fighter advanced. Piotr missed. Ambiorix shot and missed again. Reppa attacked the frog and missed.
Stormbolt swam forward, but sank again. Froing cured Strombolt. The fighter advanced. The frog bit Reppa and grappled her. Piotr stabbed the frog. Ambiorix shot his crossbow, but missed again. Reppa missed.
Stormbolt sank. The fighter advanced further. The frog bit Reppa and dragged her underwater. The others lost sight of the combatants. Ambiorix fastened a rope between himself and his horse. Piotr attempted to hold up Froing but failed.
Stormbolt found the bottom and swam toward Reppa and the frog. Froing channelled and healed the combatants. The fighter approached. The frog swam away, but lost hold of Reppa. Piotr spotted the rippling in the water. He returned to shore. Ambiorix fastened the rope. Reppa swam away from the frog.
Stormbolt swam toward the frog but did not make it. Froing channelled and went toward shore. The fighter called out to the party. Max the wolf went on guard. The frog attacked Stormbolt and grappled him. Ilya informed Piotr of the approaching fighter. Ambiorix stepped into the water and found Reppa, who sank to him.
Stormbolt bit and clawed the frog. Froing pulled the rope to pull out Ambiorix. The fighter noted the tiger, 2 wolves, and a wet human. The frog bit Stormbolt. The fighter approached. Ambiorix returned to the water toward the churning water. Reppa climbed out of the water.
Stormbolt missed. Froing advanced into the water. The fighter told Piotr that he was there to help. Piotr replied that the fight was under the water. The frog bit Stormbolt. Ambiorix went further into the water and found the fight. Reppa summoned a squid.
Stormbolt bit the frog. Froing followed the rope into the water. The fighter and the hunter talked. The frog bit Stormbolt. Ambiorix cured Stormbolt. Reppa’s squid bit the frog.
Stormbolt missed the frog. Froing advanced down the rope and found Ambiorix and the combatants. The fighter and the hunter kept talking. The frog bit Stormbolt. Ambiorix stabbed the frog. Reppa calmed Max, and then followed the rope under the water. The squid bit the frog.
Stormbolt disabled the frog. Froing pulled on the rope, but no one was there to pull. The fighter and the hunter kept talking. Reppa sent the squid after the frog. Then she surfaced.
Stormbolt went ashore, followed by Reppa, Ambiorix and Froing.
