Attacking the Baobhan Sith
The ranger and the kobold forced open the door to the central tower. She held her breath and ran inside to find the trigger for the poison gas trap. She set off the trap and the trigger tile was located. However, the fey above was probably alerted of the party’s presence.
The dragons flew up and waited for the others climbed the steps. When they were ready, the fairy dragon peaked in and saw that the Baobhan Sith was in the center of the room motionless. Cerulean breathed on her. Hemlock glanced at the fey and then threw a small fireball bead at her. The foe appeared to be injured. The ranger and her dog charged in to flank her and attacked her. Then the dog tripped her and she fell down. K’rek and B’kun entered and attacked. The kobold struck the fey mightily and the boar gored her as well.
The Baobhan Sith attempted to stand up and was hit by the four neighboring combatants and knocked down again. Then Hemlock was commanded to defend her. The fairy dragon spied the feybane sword hanging on the opposite wall and flew over to it. Cerulean closed with a breath-charged acid bite. Hemlock cast grease on the kobold’s lance and he dropped it. The elf struck the Baobhan Sith with her sword, then the dog killed her. But not before the fey cast her death curse on the dog. But he was not affected.
Searching the chamber, they found a life-sized alabaster effigy of the Baobhan Sith, a masterwork harp, a small, jade statuette of a coiling snake, an ancient elven water clock, a snow-white bearskin, some royal and courtier outfits, some exotic perfume, a gem-studded tiara, a potion, and a chest of gold and silver coins, as well as the possessions of the previous party members.
