Trolls mauled Stormbolt and Lucee. The paladin went down. Stormbolt used his chain lightning breath and lit up the trolls. Harli fed Lucee and Cure Light Wounds potion. Oostend cast an Evolution Surge to acquire fire attacks. K’rek challenged one of Stormbolt’s opponents and speared it with his lance. Froing channeled.
The trolls overpowered Stormbolt and he went down. Lucee used Lay on Hands on herself, and then hit a troll hard. Harli withdrew. Oostend hit one with a flaming bite. He gored another and killed it. Then he clawed a third twice and killed it. K’rek charged another troll. Froing channeled.
The trolls clawed Stormbolt, Lucee, and Oostend. Oostend reverted back to Aeldred. Lucee activated Smite Evil and laid into her opponent. Harli fed Stormbolt a Cure Light Wounds potion. Aeldred summoned a Fire Elemental. Krek charged his challenger. Froing channeled.
The trolls subdued Stormbolt again, and then clawed Lucee. A troll attacked the fire elemental and dispatched it. Stormbolt stabilized. Lucee Laid Hands on herself and then felled her opponent. Harli withdrew. Aeldred summoned three Fire Elementals, which attacked and killed one. K’rek charged another troll and was struck as he passed a third. Froing channeled again.
One troll again subdued Stormbolt. The other trolls attacked the fire elementals and dispelled two of them. Stormbolt stabilized. Lucee stood and was hit. She activated Smite Evil on the new opponent. Harli shot a sling but missed. Aeldred cast Haste on the party except K’rek who was out of range. The remaining fire elemental missed, K’rek struck his opponent. Froing channeled again.
Stormbolt was bitten. The Fire Elemental was dispatched. Lucee was rent. Stormbolt struck back at his remaining opponent. Lucee stabilized. Harli hit Lucee’s opponent with a sling stone. Aeldred summoned three more fire elementals and gave Harli a Cure Moderate Wounds potion for Lucee. K’rek charged and killed his troll. Froing channeled again.
Stormbolt evaded the attacks on him. The trolls destroyed two of the fire elementals. Stormbolt savaged his opponent and it went down. Lucee struck her target twice. Aeldred cast Elemental Sample and destroyed Stormbolt’s troll. K’rek missed on his charge. Froing channeled again.
Another troll attacked Stormbolt. Another missed Lucee. Stormbolt mauled the new foe. Lucee struck her target three times. Harli shot her sling but missed. Aeldred cast Elemental Sample and destroyed Lucee’s troll. The fire elemental destroyed another troll. K’rek charged his challenged and killed the last one.
And then they all rose from prone position.
